- Registrations are only confirmed upon successful payment of the registration fee.
- The registration fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
3. Payment Terms
- Registration fees are payable via the Instamojo payment gateway. Instamojo's terms and conditions will also apply when processing payments.
- We do not store any payment details. All payment transactions are processed securely through Instamojo.
- The registration fee covers participation in the event and any associated benefits (e.g., T-shirts, race kit).
- Any issues with payment or transactions must be resolved directly with Instamojo, though we will provide assistance where possible.
4. Event Rules
- Participants must follow all rules and instructions provided by the event organizers before, during, and after the event.
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates event rules or engages in inappropriate behavior.
- Participants are responsible for their own safety and are required to wear the provided bib or identification at all times during the race.
- Timing devices, if provided, must be used as instructed for accurate race timing.
5. Medical Assistance
- Medical assistance will be available at designated points during the event.
- Participants acknowledge that participation in the marathon involves physical exertion and may carry certain risks of injury or health issues. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to participate.
6. Event Cancellation or Changes
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the date, time, or location of the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns).
- If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, participants will be notified via email or other communication channels.
- In the event of cancellation, registration fees may be refunded or deferred to a future event, depending on the circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The organizers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except as a result of gross negligence on the part of the organizers.
- Participants waive any claims against the organizers for any direct or indirect damages arising from their participation in the event.

- By participating in Asram Joggers, you grant the organizers the right to use your image, likeness, and any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
- These materials may be used in marketing, social media, and other platforms without compensation.
10. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other runners, volunteers, and staff.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification from the event and potential legal action.
11. Force Majeure
- The organizers shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or modifications of the event caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of God.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ernakulam.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam.

- The organizers reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Continued participation in the event after any changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
