Thank you for registering for Run Permbavoor Season 2. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to be as transparent as possible regarding our refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully:
1. Cancellation by the Participant
- Cancellations made before 30 days prior to the event will be eligible for a 75% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.

- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the event date
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
- In the unlikely event that the marathon is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather or government regulations), participants will be offered either:
A full refund of the registration fee, or
The option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event or another event organized by us.
- If the event is postponed, registrations will automatically be transferred to the new date. If participants cannot attend the new date, they will be eligible for a full refund.
3. Processing Time
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation or event postponement notice.
4.Non-Refundable Items
The following fees are non-refundable:
Processing or transaction fees.
Any merchandise or additional purchases (such as t-shirts, souvenirs) that have already been shipped.
